Order Processing and Production Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday.

Because HaloBlinds are made to measure, every order then goes into production. Production usually takes around 5 to 7 working days before your order is ready to ship.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. All HaloBlinds orders include door-to-door tracking.

Shipping Restrictions

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

If you purchased shipping insurance, we will provide a free replacement for lost or damaged shipments.

Delayed Deliveries

We work hard to make sure every order is delivered on time. However, once your package has been transferred to the local courier, delays may occur due to customs, courier capacity, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, please use your tracking link for the latest delivery updates.

Failure to Accept Delivery

If a customer fails to accept the parcel and the package is returned to us, a refund may be issued once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse.

Any return shipping costs, customs fees, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Address Confirmation

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

After your order is placed, we may send an order confirmation email so you can review your details. Please double-check your address carefully.

Once an order has been processed, produced, or shipped, we are usually unable to change the delivery address or redirect the package.
